For safety reasons, we are unable to issue refunds, but will be more than happy to issue a store credit or replacement gift. We request that the initial gift order be returned in its original condition and containing all product. Any shipping or handling charges for the return will be deducted from your store credit.
Any order placed through Gift Basket Studios cannot be cancelled once shipped or delivered. If you need to cancel after shipment/delivery, please follow the same process noted above for returns.
